Delivery

Our goal is to provice customers with an exceptional service. We delivery worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders promptly and swiftly to our customers.

For information on Returning Products see our Return Policy for Online Sales. While we make every effort to delivery parcels as soon as possible, overseas parcels are sent through our Postal system An Post by registered post and during peak periods this can take extended time to deliver.

Dispatch Time

All parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the orders, with the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays. We work from Monday to Saturday. 

Personalised Items

Personalised Items will take longer and the customers will be advised of delivery time taking the personalisation into account. 

Next Day Delivery

Where possible within Ireland we try for next day delivery but we cannot guarantee this will happen. However, most courier companies do not operate on weekends unless at peak times of the year.  

Products Out of Stock

In the event of a delay with your order due to product on back order or out of stock we will notify you of this delay and possible delivery date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund the order. 

Delivery Charges

Within Ireland € 8.00 - Regardless of weight.

Europe € 18.00 - There maybe an additional carriage charge on heavy or oversized items but we will notify you before dispatch if this occurs. All deliveries are sent through the postal system. The tracking details of the package will be emailed directly to you. However, delivery may take longer than due to covid restrictions and haulage delays. 

UK € 18.00 However, further import duty & vat may apply.  There may also be an additional carriage charge on heavy or oversized items but we will notify you before dispatch if this occurs. The tracking details of the package will be emailed directly to you all are sent through the postal system. However, delivery may take longer due to Covid restrictions and haulage delays. 

Rest of World € 45.00 - Further taxes & import duty may apply. There may also be an additional carriage charge on heavy or oversized items but we will notify you before dispatch if this occurs. The tracking details of the package will be emailed directly to you all deliveries are sent through the postal system. It may take longer to reach your destination due to haulage delays.
